2021 Maruti Celerio Rendering
The car should offer more interior room now

Here we have the rendering of the 2021 Maruti Celerio which will go on sale in the coming months

Recently the design patents of the 2021 Maruti Celerio came out, revealing the upcoming hatchback’s new styling.

Of course, we could not help but try and see for ourselves how the finished article might look like and the result is the rendering of the 2021 Celerio.

When people laid eyes on the design patents of the hatchback, many immediately noticed that the front profile of the car borrows styling cues from the popular Swift, while at the rear, it looked like a smaller version of the Baleno.

Through this 2021 Maruti Celerio rendering, that adds a touch of colour, such thoughts have been proven to be rather accurate and it is no bad thing as the hatchback does look rather appealing now.

Maruti Celerio Facelift Mileage
There is a stark difference in the styling of the older and new Celerio

Maruti’s decision to make the car wider and add more curves to the body while eliminating unnecessary character lines have bore fruit. What this means is the hatchback can age well over its lifetime.

Of course, this rendering is by no means a 100 percent accurate representation of the finished product. There could be some changes, like the grille getting a central chrome strip, the ORVMs featuring indicators and the alloy wheels might also be different.

Set to be launched come September, the new Celerio will be offered with 1.0-litre and 1.2-litre petrol engines, and more features and safety tech than before.
