People can now set the car’s cabin temperature using Apple watch as well

Owners of the 2021 MG Hector now get climate control via Apple watch as well as Android and IOS Phone applications.

This new 2021 MG Hector climate control feature will allow users to remotely set the temperature of the car’s cabin to their liking.

The carmaker had already updated its i-SMART tech offered on the Hector for 2021 with Hinglish voice commands, while the SUV comes with over 60 connected car features, among various others.

These features include wireless smartphone charging, ventilated front seats, auto-dimming IRVM, 7-inch instrument display, 10.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system, electric front seats, dual-pane panoramic sunroof and a powered tailgate, to name a few.

Earlier, in January, MG had launched the facelifted version of the Hector 5-seater and the 7-seater version of the SUV named Hector Plus. In February, a CVT gearbox option (paired with the non-hybrid turbo petrol) was added to the SUV range.

Apart from the latest feature additions, MG has not changed any other aspect of the SUV which continues to find a good number of takers every month. In March, 4720 units of the SUV got sold in India.
