Bentley EXP 9 F SUV Is As Hideous As It Looks

What is wrong with car manufacturers? Why do all of them want to make SUVs? The latest being luxury car manufacturer Bentley, who has showcased a SUV Concept Study called the EXP 9 F, which looks so terrible that you would mistake it for a Chinese rip-off!! The EXP name comes from 1919, when Bentley created a Experimental (EXP) vehicle, which led the way for the British automaker for the next few decades. But the SUV Concept sure is an experiment gone bad. I mean look at it, a Bentley from the front and the overall body style like a Range Rover! What were they thinking?

Bentley thinks it has the right customers in mind to sell this hideous piece of luxury on wheels. They say that all Bentley owners have an SUV parked in their garage so the EXP 9 F would be befitting for such people. The pictures of the Bentley EXP 9 F Concept that you see here are very close to production and when this SUV actually goes on sale, it won’t look much different. Bentley is owned by Volkswagen so naturally the platform will be from the next generation Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne and Volkswagen Touareg. Power comes in from a 6.0-litre, twin-turbo, W12 engine, producing 600 BHP of power and 800 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 8-speed automatic transmission. Bentley could also offer a 4.0-litre, twin-turbo V8 and a hybrid version of the EXP 9 F.

The Bentley EXP 9 F is then an SUV which would still sell well thanks to the badge it carries. From the inside, occupants are pampered in utmost comfort with liberal use of leather, wood, aluminum, bronze, gunmetal and the likes. The 4 + 1 seating capacity along with feature rich interiors ensure that the passengers enjoy being in the car, while others outside look at them in disbelief. Thankfully the Bentley EXP 9 F SUV is going to be the fastest SUV around and thus we won’t really see too much of it.
