Recently we had reported about the BMW S1000RR being on display at Navnit Motors in Bangalore. Well the BMW dealer has started selling the superbike in the country, priced at Rs. 19 lakhs in Mumbai and Rs. 23 lakhs in Bangalore. The dealer is also selling the K1200GS, which has been priced at Rs. 34 lakhs. These bikes are being imported by Navnit Motors and Deutsche Motors on their own and BMW India has not associated with the sales of the superbikes in the country. The pricing seems to be on the higher side and if an individual plans to import it, pay the government CBU duty, he will still have left over change to get himself a Suzuki Hayabusa.
