US based bike maker, Cleveland CycleWerks has entered India with first dealership in Navi Mumbai and two bikes Cleveland Ace Deluxe and Misfit.

Cleveland CycleWerks enters India with two products on offer

Cleveland CycleWerks is a Ohio, United States based bike manufacturer that has entered the Indian market. They showcased a lineup of motorcycles at the 2018 Auto Expo. They have inaugurated their first dealership in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The bike maker has launched two motorcycles in India – Ace Deluxe and Misfit.

Both the bikes are powered by the same 229cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 15.4 BHP at 7000 RPM and 16 Nm at 6000 RPM. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. In terms of braking, the Ace Deluxe gets 298 mm front disc and 210 mm rear disc. The Misfit on the other hand gets bigger 320 mm front disc and 220 mm rear disc brake.

The Cleveland Ace Deluxe has a fuel tank capacity of 14-litres and a kerb weight of 133 kgs. The Cleveland Misfit has 15-litres of fuel tank capacity and it tips the scale at 144 kgs. Both the motorcycles have a ground clearance of 150 mm. With multiple bike brands entering India, it will be interesting to see the performance of Cleveland brand in our competitive two-wheeler market.
