2026 Royal Enfield Himalayan Odyssey 3

Royal Enfield has announced the final call for registrations for the 22nd edition of the iconic Himalayan Odyssey, set to flag off on June 27, 2026. This year’s edition is particularly special as it coincides with Royal Enfield’s 125th anniversary celebrations and will be the most expansive Himalayan Odyssey yet.

MotorBeam will also be a part of the 2026 Royal Enfield Himalayan Odyssey, bringing you updates and experiences directly from one of the most celebrated motorcycle expeditions in the country.

For the first time, Royal Enfield is offering three distinct ride formats, allowing riders to choose an expedition that best suits their experience level, riding style and available time.

The Himalayan Odyssey Original remains the flagship 16-day expedition, taking riders from Chandigarh through Himachal Pradesh, Zanskar and Ladakh before culminating at Umling La, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. The ride will host 150 participants across two batches.

For more experienced adventure riders, the newly introduced Himalayan Odyssey Explore offers a 10-day unsupported format where participants carry their own luggage and tackle challenging terrain with limited backup support. Group sizes are restricted to just 30 riders.

Meanwhile, the Nubra & Kargil Circuit follows a fly-in format beginning in Leh, combining riding with deeper cultural immersion across the region.

Since its inception in 1997, the Himalayan Odyssey has become a bucket-list ride for motorcyclists from around the world, traversing legendary mountain passes such as Khardung La and Baralacha La. Royal Enfield will continue its focus on responsible motorcycling through its #LeaveEveryPlaceBetter initiative, encouraging sustainable travel practices throughout the expedition.
