The Hero Glamour X has been leaked ahead of its official launch tomorrow. Leaks suggest Hero is targeting a premium positioning. The motorcycle is shall feature several segment-first additions.
Styling Changes
Styling changes include sharper bodywork, redesigned alloy wheels, and updated colours. Full LED headlights and tail-lamps further enhance the motorcycle’s modern look. These updates indicate Hero’s attempt to appeal to younger buyers.
Engine
Powering the Glamour X is a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. It is expected to generate 10.39 HP and 10.4 NM of torque. The engine will pair with a 5-speed gearbox.
Features
The most notable highlight is the addition of cruise control, which is uncommon in this category. Such features are usually seen on premium bikes. A toggle on the right switchgear hints at a speed limiter or ride-by-wire throttle setup.
The Glamour X will also receive a new colour TFT display. We expect features like gear-shift indicators, Bluetooth connectivity, and navigation support. A USB Type-C charging port, another first for Hero, may be present as well.
