Hero has launched the Xpulse 200 4V Rally Kit for a price tag of Rs. 46,000/-. This kit is exclusively for the owners of the 4 valve variant of the Xpulse 200. It’s costlier than the 2 valve variant’s Rally Kit by Rs. 8000/-.

The kit includes Maxxis rally tyres, rally-tuned pre-load adjustable 220 mm long travel rear suspension, 250 mm long travel adjustable cartridge front suspension, handlebar risers, flat tall bench-type seat, extended gear pedal, and extra long side stand.

After installation, the Rally Kit will increase the dimensions of the Xpulse. The bike’s updated length, width, and height will be 2243 mm, 850 mm, and 1308 mm. The wheelbase will be increased to 1419 mm. The length will be up by 21 mm, height 50 mm, and wheelbase 9 mm.

The overall weight increase post installation will be just 1 kg while the ground clearance will be raised to 275 mm, a massive increase of 55 mm. With the installation of the Rally Kit, Xpulse owners can take the bike’s off-roading experience to the next level.

The Hero Xpulse 200 4V is powered by a 199.6 cc engine that churns out 18.8 HP at 8500 RPM and 17.35 Nm at 6500 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox and sits on a Diamond frame with box-section swing arm.

The front disc is 276 mm petal unit while the rear 1 measures 220 mm. The fuel tank capacity is 13 litres.

It must be noted that Hero is also readying the Xpulse 200 4V Rally Edition which has been already revealed. It sports new bold graphics in red and black shades for a sporty look. The engine head gets a red finish unlike the usual Xpulse engine head’s silver finish.

The suspension and exhaust have been completely blacked out and the headlamp clamps get a grey finish. Overall, the bike looks massive with a true-blooded off-road attire. It’s likely to offer some serious performance off the roads.
