Honda CBR250R Repsol Edition

Playing with colors is one of the ways manufacturers try to create buzz about their products. This trend is very frequent in the automobile industry. Honda is known to offer new colors of its bikes very often. The company did the same with the Honda CBR250R in India, discontinuing silver color and replacing it with tri-color pearl heron blue. The silver colored CBR250R was very unpopular and most buyers preferred to buy the CBR250R in red. The new pearl heron blue color makes the CBR250R look very attractive indeed.

Now Honda has added a new color on the CBR250R in the USA. The color is none other than MotoGP livery. Known as the Honda CBR250R Repsol edition, this racing outfit on the CBR250R gives it immense presence. There are absolutely no other changes to the bike, expect the new shade. The Honda CBR250R continues to be powered by the same 250cc, single-cylinder engine which produces 25 BHP of power and 23 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 6-speed manual gearbox.

There are high chances of the Repsol edition-ed Honda CBR250R making its way to India. Remember Honda offered the Repsol edition of the Unicorn a few years ago. The Japanese automaker might charge a marginal premium with the Repsol edition CBR250R, offering a small and limited run of the MotoGP inspired CBR. We feel it looks smashing and also very unique. Would you prefer this color on the Honda CBR250R or are you satisfied with the pearl heron blue?
