Hyundai has announced new EMI program to raise positive customer sentiments.
COVID-19 has destroyed the economy and with a prolonged lockdown in our country, there are many uncertainties. To offer better convenience and to raise the customer sentiments in India, Hyundai has introduced EMI Assurance program.
Under this Hyundai EMI plan, the customers are covered with 3 EMIs during uncertain times such as employment loss in view of poor financial health or acquisition or merger of the company or due to any applicable laws.
The Hyundai EMI Assurance program is applicable on select cars. This offer is available only for car purchased during the month of May 2020. It covers the buyer for a period of one year from the date of sale (excluding first 3 months).
Hyundai has started re-opening their dealerships across the country following strict government guidelines. The carmaker is taking measures to ensure contactless operations.
Some of the measures include display car sanitisation, test drive car sanitisation, customer lounge and washroom sanitisation in both showroom and workshops.
Customers can opt for remote demonstration of their new car via video conferencing. Hyundai’s new Click-to-Buy initiative is a digitised platform for buying a car with complete online procedure.
