KTM has launched the Duke 125 in Europe. The bikes are manufactured by Bajaj Auto at Chakan and the company sent 2000 units to Europe as the initial lot. The reviews from auto journalists in Europe have been very positive after they rode the new KTM Duke 125. In India, we will be getting the KTM Duke 200 with around 22PS of power from the 200cc KTM mill. The KTM Duke 200 will be priced around Rs. 1,40,000/- and will give the Honda CBR250R a run for its money.

The KTM Duke 200 will feature upside down front forks, 4-valve liquid cooled engine, fuel injection, wide tyres and an amazing built quality. The Duke 200 will weight not more than 140kgs, giving the bike a 30kgs weight advantage over the CBR250R, which weighs 169kgs. With all this in consideration, the Duke 200 is expected to be faster than the Honda but speed is not what matters for KTM riders, style does and there is abundant of it on the Duke.
