Warranty is something which people are obsessed with these days. Also, it is necessary when you talk about buying an expensive bike of Royal Enfield. Royal Enfield recently announced a warranty of 2 years / 20,000 kms on its bikes from 1st January 2015. Earlier the warranty was offered for the first year only. Previously the company used to offer 1 year warranty on its bikes and parts. This extended warranty may come as a benefit for customers who are planning to buy an Enfield now.

Royal Enfield has never offered an extended warranty option on its bikes, nor do they plan to give extended warranty to its customers. Just the original warranty on the bikes is increased to 2 years / 20,000 kms. This is good news for Enfield lovers and may boost the company’s sales. The new warranty policy will help customers to deal with small issues that come with the expensive machine. With the new warranty, the company has increased the perceived reliability on its cruiser motorcycles.
