Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Test Ride Review
There is a perception of bulky bikes from Royal Enfield which is about to break

The Indian bike maker Royal Enfield is known for offering bulky and tall motorcycles in their lineup which aren’t very easy to ride for some people. The company is now making a new range of bikes for women and youngsters.

Royal Enfield is all set to launch a new lightweight bike which will be lower and slimmer compared to their existing lineup. This bike will be easy to ride in terms of ergonomics for a wider range of audience.

These bikes will be the most affordable motorcycles from Royal Enfield. Internally codenamed J1C, the bikes will sell under the Explorer brand and the first product is expected to launch in the first quarter of 2020.

Royal Enfield has taken critical feedback from women and young riders to offer a bike with comfortable seating position and easy ergonomics unlike most of the bulky and huge bikes from RE.

In a bid to control volume declines, Royal Enfield is taking aggressive steps like product enhancements, geographic expansions and establishment of small-format retail stores.

The Indian bike maker is updating their entire lineup not only with BS6 engines but also cosmetic and mechanical tweaks. RE is developing new products to enter multiple segments and widen their reach to a bigger audience.
