TVS Apache RR 310 Updated, Meets OBD2B Emission Norms & Gets Additional Features

TVS has released the updated version of the RR 310. The flagship sports bike with a fairing is compliant with the OBD2B emission norms. The prices for the RR 310 start from Rs. 2.78 lakh (ex-showroom).

Engine

The TVS Apache RR 310 continues to be powered by the same 312cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, which produces 38 HP and 29 Nm of torque. The motorcycle is equipped with a 6-speed gearbox, which enhances its performance and allows for smooth gear transitions. This gearbox features a slip/assist clutch, designed to prevent the rear wheel from locking during aggressive downshifts, providing better stability and control.

Additionally, it includes a bidirectional quickshifter, allowing for seamless, clutchless shifting both up and down the gears. This combination of features ensures a responsive and exhilarating riding experience, making it easier for riders to focus on the road ahead.

New Features

The updated RR 310 gets the same set of wheels as seen on the RTR 310. There are also features like launch control, cornering drag torque control as standard. Additionally, there is also Sequential TSL and Gen 2 Race Computer with Multi-Language Support. These changes should convince the more enthusiastic riders to consider the RR 310.

Pricing

The RR 310 is priced from Rs. 2.78 Lakh (ex-showroom) without a quickshifter and Rs. 2.95 Lakh (ex-showroom) with a quickshifter. When you choose the Bomber Grey shade, the price rises to Rs. 3 Lakh (ex-showroom).

There is also a Built To Order specification which adds a Dynamic Kit for Rs. 18,000 and a Dynamic Pro Kit for Rs. 16000. You can get the Race Replica Colour in a cool Sepang Blue colour and livery for Rs. 10,000, which resembles the bikes used in the Asia One Make Championship series.
