TVS Apache RR One Make Series unveiled, to begin in June 2018.
TVS Racing has declared the final twelve names of the participants for the Apache RR One Make Series. The twelve racers will compete in the first edition of the TVS Apache RR One Make Series which will be conducted as part of the Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship (INMRC). Slated to start from June 2018, the racers will use the Race Spec Apache RR 310 bikes.
TVS hasn’t yet officially revealed the specifications but the Race Spec Apache RR 310 is likely to produce over 45 HP of power! The bike is tuned to produce approximately 30-35% more power and torque than the stock bike’s 33.5 HP and 27 Nm respectively. The motorcycle uses an aluminium trellis frame and has also benefitted from numerous lightweight aluminium components. For handling the extra power and torque, the TVS Apache RR 310 Cup Racer gets stiffer suspension setup, superior brakes and track-specific tyres.
Styling-wise, the Apache RR 310 Cup Racer differs slightly from the stock Apache RR 310. The former gets a taller windscreen, more pronounced headlamp bases and fairing-mounted aerofoils for enhanced aerodynamics. There is also a free-flow exhaust, improved induction system, race-tuned Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and modified foot peg for giving the bike racy ergonomics.
The names of the twelve riders riding the Race Spec Apache RR 310 are as follows:
* Deepak Ravikumar
* P Sriharsha
* Abhishek V
* PM Soorya
