Volkswagen Cup Edition Offered On Polo, Vento & Ameo

To celebrate the 2019 ICC World Cup, Volkswagen has launched the cup editions of the Polo, Vento and Ameo.

Volkswagen Cup Edition cars have been launched, with prices starting from Rs 6.19 lakhs (ex-showroom). The Cup Edition is offered on the Polo, Vento and Ameo. Volkswagen has done this in a bid to celebrate the beginning of the 2019 ICC World Cup. These models don’t get any mechanical changes but visual changes.

Volkswagen will promote the #GermanyCheersForIndia campaign in support of the cricketing season. The cars will come with new exclusive leatherette seat covers and chrome badge on the exterior. The special edition models will also feature premium alloy wheels and new body graphics to enhance the looks.

The Polo is offered in its classic red colour that has been adorned by many buyers. It will also come with 15-inch Razor diamond-cut alloys and new body graphics. It will be powered by the 1.0-litre MPI petrol engine that produces 76 PS and 95 Nm of torque.

The Vento is offered in a silver paint scheme. It will sit on 15-inch Linas diamond-cut alloy wheels. All three cars share the same body graphics, leatherette seat covers and chrome badge on the exterior. The Vento cup edition is powered by the 1.6-litre MPI four-cylinder petrol engine that produces 105 PS and 153 Nm of torque.

The Ameo is finished in a rich white paint scheme that sports the same body graphics as on the other two cars. It also gets the leatherette seat covers and chrome badge. The Ameo is powered by the same engine as on the Polo, which is a 1.0-litre MPI petrol engine that produces 76 PS and 95 Nm of torque.

Volkswagen cars also come with 4ever care, in which every Volkswagen car gets a standard 4 years or 100,000 km warranty and free roadside assistance for 4 years. The company will also provide 3 free services in 1 year or will be valid up to 15,000 km. These Cup Edition come with the 4ever care scheme by Volkswagen.
