Bajaj Auto is launching a range of new bikes for the model year 2017. The Indian bike manufacturer is freshening up their existing Pulsar range and also launching brand new motorcycles. One of them is the much awaited Kratos 400 that is all set to launch next month in December.

The Bajaj Kratos 400 has been recently spied testing in camouflage on the Pune-Mumbai old highway. A Yamaha R3 rider has taken a video while chasing the Kratos 400 test mule on the highway. The bike was able to maintain a good speed on the highway relatively.

The launch of the Kratos 400 is not far away and most of the details will be revealed at the time of the launch. However, we do know that the bike will be getting the same Duke 390’s 373.27cc engine that will produce 34.97 PS of power but it will be tuned to offer better fuel efficiency.

The Bajaj Kratos 400 will be getting high-end tech such as a full digital instrument cluster, twin LED headlamps, LED tail lamps, dual channel ABS, wave discs, triple spark tech etc. It will be getting telescopic front suspension and monoshock suspension for the rear.

Bajaj Auto is expecting to sell as much as 10,000 units of the Kratos 400 each month. The bike maker has created a new power cruiser segment. The Bajaj Kratos 400 will compete with the likes of Mahindra Mojo and some of the Royal Enfield Motorcycles. We can expect an aggressive price tag from Bajaj.
