Ola Electric Car Design Patent
It seems like a concept version, looks quite futuristic

Ola Electric car concept design leaked

Ola has been preparing to launch an electric car very soon for the Indian market. The Chief Financial Officer of Ola Electric, GR Arun Kumar has confirmed recently that the company is on track to launch its first four-wheeler in the second-half of 2024.

The electric scooter maker has teased their upcoming bikes and car concepts multiple times but the leaked design patent image gives us a clear look at the concept car. It looks far away from the production-ready model considering the sci-fi design elements like the headlights, ORVMs, oversized wheels, etc.

The overall design of the concept looks quite ambitious with a very futuristic appeal. There is a hint of Tesla from every angle. It has got 4 doors, cope-like roofline and quite an aerodynamic silhouette.

While there is no word on the specifications of this electric car yet. It is likely to have a claimed range of up to 500 km on full charge.

Reportedly the company aims to price their first electric car below Rs. 40 lakhs. They claim they will be manufacturing batteries and some components in-house. Ola plans to invest big at their Tamil Nadu plant to produce electric cars.

At this price point, Ola Electric will compete with the biggies including Hyundai Ioniq 5, Kia EV6 and the likes in this segment.
