Customer registers a demo bike from the Kawasaki Navi Mumbai dealership after not getting the delivery of his new bike even after paying the full amount to the dealer.

Kawasaki ZX-14R India Review
The customer rode the Ninja ZX14R all the way to Chennai from Mumbai

SNK Palm Beach, the Kawasaki Navi Mumbai dealership was in news recently for its fraud dealer, Satyan Karandikar. Customers were complaining about their bike not being delivered on time even after paying the full amount to the dealership. Kawasaki broke ties with the dealership and now a Chennai based customer rides off with a demo bike from the showroom frustrated with the dealership.

Mohammed Mubarak booked a Kawasaki Ninja ZX 14R at SNK Palm Beach and was promised the delivery of the superbike within 20 days but only if he paid the full amount in advance. The dealership kept deceiving the customer for days asking him to wait further and telling him that they haven’t received the bike yet. Mohammed eventually flew down to Mumbai, went to the dealership and found the bike he ordered on the display.

He then threatened the dealership to file a case against them and asked them to either refund the money back or give the bike on display. Mubarak finally managed to take the demo bike after arguing with the staff and decided to ride the bike all the way to Chennai. He got the registration and formalities done in Pune and headed home in the superbike.

While riding to Chennai, Mubarak faced some issues with the clutch of his bike. He called SNK Palm Beach for the issue and they asked him to show the bike at the Kawasaki Bangalore dealership. The mechanics over there couldn’t rectify the issue and later on the way to Chennai a screw also fell off his bike. Mubarak still faces some glitches on his bike and despite Kawasaki promising to send mechanics from Delhi, no one has come to Chennai to fix the issue of his bike yet.
