Hero 2-wheelers can be bought online via HGPmart.com

Hero MotoCorp has announced that it will now offer doorstep delivery of its 2-wheelers to customers against a mere charge of Rs. 349/- only. As of now, the service is only available in 3 cities- Bangalore, Mumbai, and Noida. The company aims to expand it to 25 other cities over the next few months in a phased manner.

To avail this service, a buyer has to visit the brand’s official website, HGPmart.com, select and place an order for the desired model. Post selecting the model, the buyer will need to select the nearest dealership and a representative from the dealership will collect the required documents at a desired place and time set by the buyer. The dealership will ensure completion of the documentation and registration. This will be followed by the home delivery of the 2-wheeler after clearance of all payments.

With this initiative, Hero aims to improve customer experience in the 2-wheeler category. As the youth of today increasingly look for value-added services in every purchase that they make, brands have to step-up their strategic thinking to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving market environment.
