Hyundai has introduced Roadside assistance programs for cars out of warranty

Hyundai Motor India has introduced a new special extended 24×7 Roadside Assistance Program that will be available for older customers of the company whose cars are beyond the warranty period. Designed to enhance the ownership experience for customers, the roadside assistance service was started by the company in 2010 and was only available along with the purchase of new vehicles; however the new extension of the policy allows older customers to also avail the service for a hassle free ownership experience.

The 24×7 Roadside Assistance aims at providing emergency assistance services round the clock to customers across the country.

Customers are benefitted with other features like ‘single point of contact’ for any kind of roadside assistance, 24×7 dedicated call centre, safe towing in case of any breakdown or accident to the nearest Hyundai dealership and pan India coverage for Roadside assistance. Coming to the eligibility criteria, the maturity of the coverage is up to 6 years from the date of delivery of the vehicle to the first customer, meaning that second hand vehicles are also eligible for the Roadside assistance program. The package is available in various coverage periods and costs Rs. 899/- for one year, Rs. 1499/- for two years and Rs. 1999/- for three years.
