The design looks quite different from current breed of RE bikes

Royal Enfield is preparing to introduce a new range of motorcycles. The Indian bike brand plans to have a wide lineup of different segment bikes.

They trademarked the name Hunter and Sherpa recently. The Hunter is most likely to be launched after Meteor 350. It is codenamed J1D and has been spotted on test Chennai-Trichy highway.

While the test mule is heavily camouflaged, it reveals new details about the bike. It comes with a big round shaped chrome headlight setup. We believe it will get LED lights with DRLs.

There is a single-pod instrument cluster. The bike is expected to come with Bluetooth connectivity. The rear profile is a bit unfinished but comes with LED tail light setup.

There is twin shock absorber setup at the rear. It has got the 350cc engine, which will be shared with the new Meteor 350.

The overall design looks unlike any RE model currently on sale. It looks less bulky and more lean. The Royal Enfield Hunter spied on test likely to be targeted at younger audience.

For now, Royal Enfield is re-opening its dealership network. Preparing to launch the much awaited Meteor 350. It was expected to go on sale in April. However, the pandemic crisis has delayed the launch.
