Liter class bikes popularly known as superbikes have clicked well in India, but there is still a large segment of the market left untapped and Suzuki wants to tap it. Suzuki is adding three more models to its super bike line-up and one of them will be the Gladius. The company will launch the Gladius mid-next year, powered by a 645cc, V-twin engine producing 66.6hp @ 9000rpm of power and 63Nm @ 7600rpm of torque. The Gladius is a sports tourer and will be priced at Rs. 7 lakh and will be the cheapest bike above 500cc in the country.
