VW Polo & Vento Turbo Editions Launched, Priced From Rs. 6.99 Lakhs
The Turbo edition is based on the Comfortline trim and come with model-specific changes both on the outside and inside.
Volkswagen has launched the Polo Turbo edition at an asking price of Rs. 6.99 lakhs and the Vento Turbo edition at Rs. 8.69 lakhs (ex-showroom) in India, today.
Through the launch of the Turbo edition variant, Volkswagen has introduced the Comfortline TSI MT variant on both the Polo and the Vento. The carmaker says it focused on accessibility with the launch of the Turbo editions of the Polo and Vento.
The Volkswagen Polo Turbo edition price will get customers a car with subtle changes on the exterior and interior like the addition of Turbo-edition fender badging, gloss black ORVM caps and rear spoiler and model-specific seat covers.
These exact set of changes will also be available on the Turbo edition variant of the C-segment sedan that is set to be replaced this year.
Further, both models get the climatronic air-conditioning feature and the special edition is offered on all colours offered on the Polo and Vento.
Both cars are powered by a 1.0-litre TSI engine putting out a maximum of 110 PS and 175 Nm peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed manual transmission.
