Hyundai, Mahindra, Toyota and Maruti offer more convenient service options to their customers.
Mahindra, Hyundai and Toyota have started a convenient service option for their customers. With the convenience of home services, customers can get their cars serviced at their doorstep. With this initiative, the companies’ main intention is to reach out to their customers who are located in the rural parts of the country where access to the service centres is a task for them.
Toyota also adds that all periodic services (Minor, Medium and Major) can be done at the customer door step within an hour. The Japanese automaker also provides additional services like wheel balance, wheel Alignment and Eco Car Wash for their customers at their door step. With the introduction of doorstep based service the companies are keen to take customer satisfaction high by providing easy maintenance with very less stress and hassle for the customer.
In a major move that no other manufacturer has taken till now; Maruti Suzuki has started night service in select cities. The select cities are Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Mangaluru and Sahibabad. The night service will be offered at service centres near IT hubs as many IT employees won’t be able to get their vehicles serviced during the day time. However body work repairs won’t be undertaken at night and customers will need to schedule an appointment for body repairs.
Currently Maruti is servicing around 25 cars on an average every night and if the number further increases in the future, more service centres will start offering this service in various other cities too.
