The cabin is clean, simple and intuitive

Interiors – Inside is identical as well. The plush leather seats and the light beige theme make the cabin look really premium. We still like the minimalistic, if sometimes plain, design of the dashboard. It aids in making the interior user-friendly. The acres of room at the front and at the rear gets our vote as does the classy instrument cluster. We would’ve liked a more responsive infotainment system though.

The instrument cluster looks very modern and has a nice colour display

Acres of space in the cabin has always been the Maruti Ciaz’s strong point

The Ciaz, with the new engine, is more expensive than before. We feel it was a missed opportunity for Maruti to add in a few features to justify the added cost. The cabin still does without equipment like wireless charging, ventilated front seats and the crucial sunroof.
