Mahindra introduces contactless service experience

Maruti Suzuki – India’s largest carmaker has reported 25 percent decline in FY20 profits. Their net profit has fallen to Rs. 5650 crores year on year by 24.7 percent. Net sales has gone down by 13.7 percent. Domestic sales are lower by 16.7 percent.

Mahindra – The Indian UV maker has launched contactless service initiative. Under this a customer can book and schedule service including pickup and drop schedule. Even the payment option is available online for complete contactless experience.

Honda – The Honda City is available with a discount of up to Rs. 1 lakh since the new generation is coming soon. Honda wants to clear the stock with such hefty discounts. Both the 4th gen and 5th City models will be sold simultaneously.

Mahindra – The second generation Mahindra Thar will be launched soon after the lockdown is over. In fact, it is the first Mahindra launch after the lockdown. The production version was spotted recently. It will be an all-new vehicle compared to the predecessor.

Motor Trivia – Did you know, seat belts were invented by Volvo and they didn’t patent this invention so that it could be used for safety by other carmakers as well.
